Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can get started with our Professional plan for free – no credit card required. It gives you the ability to see exactly how OKR Leader works before you commit to anything. How much does OKR Leader cost?
OKR Leader offers three plans designed to scale with your team:
- Basic – Free. Up to 10 users, 50 OKRs, and 4 cycles. No credit card required.
- Professional – Starts from $5.67/user/month (billed annually) for teams of 25–50. Includes unlimited OKRs, dedicated infrastructure, OKR approvals, and collaboration tools. Pricing scales as your team grows – the larger the team, the lower the per-user cost.
- Enterprise – Custom pricing. Unlimited users, cycles, and OKRs. Built for complex org structures that need OKRs to work at scale.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. We believe in supporting impact-driven organizations – nonprofits, educational institutions, and mission-led teams included. Reach out to our team and we’ll work out pricing that makes sense for your organization.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time as your team grows or your needs change. Downgrading is also possible – just get in touch and we’ll help you figure out the right fit. No traps, no gotchas.
Are there discounts if I enroll more users to my plan?
Yes – and this is one of the things we’re proud of. OKR Leader is priced so that growth actually rewards you. The more users you add, the lower your per-user cost. Is there a plan for OKR coaches and consultants?
Absolutely – OKR Leader was built with coaches and consultants in mind. You get one login to manage multiple client accounts, which means no juggling separate platforms or logins for every engagement. Using The Platform
Can I manage both team goals and individual goals?
Yes. OKR Leader supports goal-setting at every level – company-wide, by team or department, and for individuals. You can connect individual OKRs to team objectives, and team objectives to company-level goals, so everyone can see exactly how their work ladders up to the bigger picture. No more guessing how what you’re doing today connects to where the org is trying to go.
Do you support OKR check-ins and progress tracking?
Yes – and this is one of the things that makes OKR Leader different from a goal-setting tool that just stores targets. Check-ins are built into the platform so your team has a structured rhythm for reviewing Key Results, flagging blockers, and staying honest about progress.
You’re not waiting until the end of the quarter to find out things went sideways. You’re catching it early and course-correcting while you still can.
What kind of reporting is available?
OKR Leader gives leaders real-time visibility into how teams are tracking against their Key Results – without having to chase updates or sit through status meetings. You get dashboards and reporting features that show progress across teams and departments, how individual initiatives connect to strategic objectives, and where things are stalling before they become a real problem.

Can I customize the OKR cycle to fit my team’s workflow?
Yes – and this is one of the most flexible things about OKR Leader. You can set completely custom OKR cycle timelines, which means not every team or department has to run on the same cadence. A product team might run monthly sprints while the company runs an annual cycle. Both can live in OKR Leader simultaneously.
You can even run multiple cycles concurrently – for example, an annual strategic cycle alongside a quarterly execution cycle. Your OKRs flex to how your org actually works, not the other way around.
Can I manage multiple teams or departments in one account?
Yes. OKR Leader is designed for organizations with multiple teams and departments running their own OKRs while staying connected to company-level priorities. Each team can manage their own objectives and Key Results, and leaders can see how everything rolls up across the org from a single view.
How does OKR scoring work in the platform?
OKR Leader gives you multiple ways to assess progress, so you get a full picture – not just a single number that may or may not tell the real story.
For each Key Result, you set a starting value and update your current value over time. You can also define up to three levels of achievement:
- Commit – the baseline result you’re confident you’ll hit
- Target – the result you’re genuinely aiming for
- Stretch – the ambitious outcome if everything clicks
On top of that, you score your OKRs using two lenses:
- A confidence score on the industry-standard 0–1.0 scale
- A performance sentiment rating – a qualitative read on how the team actually feels about progress
The combination gives you the hard data and the human context. Because sometimes the numbers say you’re on track and the team knows you’re not – and that gap matters.
Can I customize OKR templates or workflows?
Honest answer: OKR Leader doesn’t offer pre-built OKR templates – and that’s intentional.
Here’s the thing about OKR templates: a “Sales OKR Template” or “Marketing OKR Template” sounds useful until you realize it was built for someone else’s priorities, not yours. Copying a template is one of the fastest ways to end up with OKRs that look right but mean nothing to your team – and don’t drive the results you actually care about.
Instead, OKR Leader guides you through building each Key Result step by step, prompting you to think through what you’re actually committing to, what success looks like, and how you’ll measure it. The process does what a good template claims to do – without the risk of copy-pasting your way to goals that don’t fit.
And once you’ve done the work of setting up your OKRs properly? You can copy them from one cycle to the next, making it easy to update, adjust, and carry forward what’s still relevant without starting from scratch every quarter.
How do check-ins work inside OKR Leader?
Check-ins are your team’s regular pulse on progress. Inside OKR Leader, check-ins are structured – team members update their Key Result values, log a confidence score, share a sentiment rating, and flag any blockers or notes. This happens on a cadence your team sets, not just whenever someone remembers.
The result: leaders get visibility without having to ask for it, blockers surface early, and the whole team builds the habit of honest, consistent progress reviews. Less “where are we?” and more “here’s what’s happening and here’s what we’re doing about it.”
Is there a way to connect OKRs to projects or tasks?
Yes. OKR Leader bridges the gap between strategy and execution by letting you link OKRs to projects and tasks directly inside the platform. This means your team isn’t just tracking goals in one place and doing the work somewhere else – the connection between what you’re committed to and what you’re actually working on is visible in one place.
That link is what turns an OKR from a target into a plan.
Can OKRs roll up into higher-level or cross-functional objectives?
Yes. OKR Leader supports hierarchical alignment – team and individual OKRs can roll up into department-level objectives, which roll up into company-level goals. You can also align OKRs across functions, so cross-functional initiatives don’t fall into the gap between teams.
Every person on the team can see exactly how their work connects to the bigger picture. That visibility is what turns alignment from a buzzword into something real.
Does the platform send reminders or alerts?
Yes – and you’re in control of them. OKR Leader lets both admins and individual users configure their notification preferences, so you get the reminders that are actually useful without getting buried in them.
You can set up notifications for things like upcoming check-ins, being assigned to an OKR, action item updates, and more. And if a particular alert isn’t working for you, you can turn it off. No one-size-fits-all notification spam – just the nudges that help your team stay on track.
Security & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes. OKR Leader is built on AWS with industry-standard security safeguards in place, including HTTPS/TLS encryption and locked-tight access controls. We sweat the security details so you don’t have to – your data is protected, private, and never shared with third parties outside of required infrastructure providers.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO certified?
Not yet – and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. OKR Leader is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. What we can tell you is that the platform operates on secure, reputable AWS cloud infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards in place, including HTTPS/TLS encryption. All data is stored securely and never shared with third parties outside of required infrastructure providers.

Who can access my data?
You control access. OKR Leader gives admins full control over who sees what inside your account – from org-wide visibility down to private OKRs that only specific people can view. Your organization’s data is completely separate from other customers’ data and is never shared across accounts.
Your data is yours. Full stop.

Do you provide onboarding or implementation support?
Yes. In addition to the platform itself, OKR Leader offers consulting and onboarding services to help organizations successfully implement OKRs and improve execution outcomes.
What is the Strategic Execution Sprint?
The Strategic Execution Sprint is a short diagnostic engagement designed to identify execution challenges and opportunities within an organization. It delivers a Strategic Execution Opportunity Report that highlights execution barriers, priority improvement areas, and a roadmap for improving alignment and results.
What is the AI-Powered Execution Accelerator?
The AI-Powered Execution Accelerator is a consulting program that helps organizations implement OKRs, improve execution discipline, and identify opportunities to leverage AI for better prioritization and decision-making.
Do we have to purchase consulting services to use OKR Leader?
No. Organizations can use the OKR Leader platform independently. Consulting services are optional and designed for organizations that want additional guidance in implementing OKRs and improving execution.
Are you SOC 2 compliant or do you have any other security certifications (ISO, etc.)?
OKR Leader is designed with security best practices in mind. While we are not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, the platform operates on secure, reputable cloud infrastructure on AWS with industry-standard safeguards in place, including HTTPS/TLS encryption.
