OKR Workshops
$47 USD per seat
Short live sessions built around one piece of work you finish before the session ends. The topic rotates through the year, and private workshops for your own team start at $1,500.
Best for: Leaders who want one practical result from a single session.
OKR Training for Teams
Free course, then sessions from $1,500
Each team member can start with the free OKR Starter Course at their own pace. When the team needs more, we run half-day and full-day training built around your goals and your calendar.
Best for: Teams starting OKRs, or resetting after a rough first cycle.
90-Day LEADers
$1,997 USD per leader
A cohort of up to 10 leaders who work through their first 90 days in a new role together. You get lessons released as you need them, four cohort calls, monthly group coaching and OKR Leader access for the 90 days.
Best for: Leaders in the first 90 days of a new role.
1-on-1 Leadership Coaching
From $2,500 per month
A weekly 1-on-1 session on whatever is in front of you that week, with support between sessions when something comes up. Coaching runs in six-month commitment cycles.
Best for: Leaders who want a thinking partner focused on turning their goals into results.
Fractional Strategy and Operations Lead
Execution audit from $1,500
We audit how your planning and execution work today, build the system your teams will run on, then stay on to run each cycle with you. Ongoing support is $5,000 per month.
Best for: Growing companies with a strategy and nobody whose job is to run it week to week.
