Weekly moves
Set the repeated actions that move each of your goal’s three numbers for the first 30 days, then revisit them at day 30 and day 60.
A weekly check-in from week one
Run your team’s check-in in OKR Leader from the start, with free access to the software for your 90 days.
Reviews at day 60 and day 90
Adjust what isn’t working at day 60, then score each number at day 90 and build the update you’ll bring to your boss.
Live calls
Four calls with your own cohort and a monthly group coaching call with everyone in the program.
How it works
How the 90 days run
- Join a monthly cohort of up to 10 leaders, starting with a kickoff call where you finish your Mandate Map.
- Work through short lessons as they’re released, each one timed to where you are in your 90 days.
- Run your weekly check-in in OKR Leader and bring your questions to the cohort calls at day 30 and day 60 and to the monthly group coaching call.
- Close out at day 90: score your numbers, decide what to keep, adjust or drop, and take the update to your boss.

How big are the cohorts?
Each cohort has a maximum of 10 leaders, and a new cohort starts each month.
How much time does the program take?
Plan for short lessons each week, your team’s weekly check-in and a live call roughly every two weeks. The program is built to fit around a full-time senior role.
Do I need to take the Mandate Map workshop first?
It helps, since the program starts from your Mandate Map. If you haven’t taken it, you finish your map during kickoff week.
My company already has a goal-setting process. Will this clash?
The program works alongside it. LEAD fits with several goal-setting approaches, including the quarterly Rocks in EOS.
What happens at the end of the 90 days?
You score your numbers, decide what to keep for next quarter and take a written update to your boss. Your check-ins already live in OKR Leader, so you can keep running them.
