We run each cycle with you and act as a sounding board for the executive team between cycles, so decisions and trade-offs get a second set of eyes.

Ongoing support follows the same five-part cycle every quarter, so your team always knows what comes next.
- Strategic planning. Review the strategy with the leadership team and decide what this cycle needs to change.
- OKR refinement and kickoff. Tighten each team’s OKRs, link them to the strategy and launch the cycle with every team.
- Weekly check-ins. Keep the weekly rhythm running, with decisions at the end of each one.
- Mid-cycle review. Look at what’s moving halfway through and adjust course.
- Close-out and wrap-up. Score the cycle, capture what the teams learned and carry it into the next planning session.
