Our OKR workshops are short, live and built around one piece of work you finish before the session ends. We rotate the topic through the year, so each workshop goes deep on one problem leaders bring to us, from setting the goal you’ll be judged on to running a check-in your team wants to attend. You work on your own situation the whole time, with Alison Beierlein teaching and answering questions live.

Mandate Map: the goal you’ll be judged on
Who it’s for
Senior managers, directors and VPs who are new to their role, or who have inherited a team and a plan they didn’t write.
What you’ll do
Agree on the one goal your role is accountable for, pick the three numbers that show progress on it and set a starting point and target for each.
What you leave with
A finished Mandate Map: one goal, three numbers and the first move you’ll make on Monday morning, ready to share with your boss.
How it runs
A live session on Zoom of about 75 minutes, with a worksheet and two worked examples to follow along.

How often do you run live workshops?
We run them on a rotating schedule and change the topic through the year. The workshop page always shows the next live date.
Do I need to know OKRs to join?
No. Each workshop teaches what you need as you go, in plain language, with worked examples.
Can I bring my whole team?
Each person needs their own seat for a public workshop. For a group, a private workshop built around your team’s goals fits better, and it starts at $1,500.
What if I can’t make the live date?
Get in touch and we’ll move your seat to the next live session.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with a finished draft you can use right away. If you’d like support putting it into practice, 90-Day LEADers and 1-on-1 coaching both build on what you made.
